1. Scope
This policy applies to direct consumer purchases of a Fiscal Station HQ software license through an authorized Fiscal Station HQ seller. Mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Fourteen-day refund window
A customer may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the original purchase. Submit the request through the order-support channel shown on the receipt or email [email protected].
Include the email address used for the order and, when available, the order number. Do not send financial records, passwords, payment-card details, complete backup files, or a complete software license key.
3. Requests after fourteen days
After the 14-day window, purchases are normally final. The Publisher or authorized seller may still approve a refund for a duplicate charge, an unresolved inability to install or activate Fiscal Station HQ on a supported system after reasonable troubleshooting, or when required by applicable law.
The authorized seller may also issue or deny refunds under its own mandatory payment, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or consumer-protection obligations.
4. Effect of a refund
A completed refund disables the associated Fiscal Station HQ license. After receiving a refund, the customer must stop using and uninstall the Software. A refund does not automatically delete locally stored financial information, encrypted Cloud Sync files, or separately created backup files; the customer remains responsible for deleting those files if desired.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Financial institutions and payment providers control when the refunded amount appears. Taxes, currency conversion, and transaction records may be handled by the authorized seller under its own terms.
6. Version 1 updates
A valid perpetual Fiscal Station HQ version 1 license includes generally released maintenance, security, bug-fix, and feature updates in the 1.x release line at no additional software-license charge. A future major version, including version 2.0 or later, may be sold separately.
